Our co***ny is specialized in auto combination switches and locks.Our main advantage is developing combination switches,power window switches and others independently.We complete product design,batch production,product inspection and test all by ourselves.We have design software such as PRO/EĦ˘UG and CATIAĦ˘CAD/CAM.All our equipments for plastic tooling,die-casting mould and progressive die are imported from Germany,Switzerland,Japan and USA.
Now we use ERP, OA and PDM for our enterprise information management,In May.2003 we were awarded by BSI(U.K.)for the certificate of ISO/TS 16949:2002,And now we have already passed ISO14000 .Our Group Co***ny has already formed a supply chain of Huangshan,Hefei and Shanghai,which focus on auto electronics and electrical.
At present our products are mainly supplied to local OEM.On Nov. 8th 2004 we passed Global Qauility Assurance Purchasing Review of VW(Germany) and we got 88 score,Grade B.About car products,we are the supplier of following co***nies.
1.FAW.We are enrolled in Grade A supplier and Quality Excellent supplier of FAW for successive 5 years.
2.FAW Car Co., Ltd.We are one of the top ten suppliers.
3.TIANJIN FAW XIALI AUTOMOBILE CO.,LTD. We supply the products suitable for VIZI ans VELA.
4.Chery.All car switches are supplied by us.
5.Ford.Now our co***ny are developing another products suitable for new car model V348 together with JIANGLING MOTORS CO., LTD.and Ford.
6.Malaysia Car Co. Some switches suitable for Malaysia PROTON/WRM44 are also supplied by us.
